JKN CREATIVE STUDIO — TERMS OF SERVICE

1. Contact and scope
   JKN Creative Studio provides creative and business support services. Contact hello@jkncreativestudio.co.uk. These terms apply to orders placed directly with JKN. Orders through a marketplace are also subject to that platform's terms. Mandatory consumer rights always apply.

2. Your order
   Read the product description and check your order before paying. The listing and written project brief define the deliverables, file formats, revision allowance, price and schedule. We confirm project arrangements in writing. If a requested project cannot be accepted or supplied as described, we will contact you promptly and refund payment for anything we cannot supply. Any material change requires your agreement.

3. Prices and payment
   Prices are in GBP unless stated otherwise. The total and any applicable taxes are shown before payment. The listing, quote or invoice explains whether payment is full, a deposit or staged. We do not add optional work or charges without agreement. Third-party subscriptions, domains, hosting, advertising spend and licence fees are included only where expressly stated. Recurring services require separately agreed fees, billing periods and cancellation terms; a one-off order does not create a subscription.

4. Brief, materials and timing
   Please provide accurate instructions and materials you are authorised to use, and obtain any necessary consent from people depicted. For children's images, the submitting adult must have the relevant parental or guardian authority. Do not submit passwords, sensitive records or confidential material through a general contact form. We agree an appropriate transfer method where needed. Missing materials or delayed approvals may affect the delivery schedule; we will discuss changes with you.

5. Revisions and delivery
   Included revisions are those stated in your package or written brief. Additional concepts, formats, pages or changes of direction will be quoted before extra work starts. Corrections required to meet the agreed description or statutory standards are not treated as chargeable extras. Delivery is digital unless specified otherwise. Source and editable files are included only where listed or agreed.

6. Creative rights and AI
   Your brief will set out the permitted use of deliverables and any agreed rights transfer. Third-party fonts, stock, music, software and other licensed elements remain subject to their own licences. AI-assisted production may be used where appropriate to the agreed service, with human review. AI output may not be unique or capable of exclusive copyright protection; we do not promise exclusivity or legal clearance unless expressly agreed and supportable. Tell us about confidentiality or AI-processing restrictions before supplying material. Public use of client-identifiable work in our portfolio requires agreement.

7. Performance and third-party services
   We provide services with reasonable care and skill. Advertising results, search rankings, traffic and sales depend on factors beyond creative production and are not guaranteed. You remain responsible for approving business claims, prices and publication details. Third-party platforms control their own availability, rules and charges; this does not remove our responsibility for the services we agree to provide.

8. Cancellation and problems
   Our Cancellations, Refunds & Delivery policy forms part of these terms. Contact us promptly about a problem so we can investigate and provide an appropriate remedy. No clause excludes responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded, including fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or your statutory consumer rights.

9. Privacy and governing law

English and Welsh law applies, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections or rights to bring proceedings available where they live. The terms supplied with your order govern that order; later changes do not retrospectively alter it.

CANCELLATIONS, REFUNDS & DELIVERY

Creative services
The deliverables, formats, revisions and delivery schedule are set out in the service listing and your agreed written brief. Services are delivered digitally unless expressly stated otherwise. Timings depend on receipt of your brief, usable source materials and required approvals. We will notify you of delays and agree a revised schedule or an appropriate remedy.

Consumer cancellation rights
If you buy as a consumer online, you normally have 14 days from the day after the service contract is made to cancel without giving a reason. Email a clear cancellation request before the period expires. You may use the form below, but do not have to.

Starting work during those 14 days
We will obtain your express request before starting a service during the cancellation period. If you then cancel, a proportionate charge for services supplied may be payable only where the law permits and the required information was provided. You lose the cancellation right after full performance only if the required express request and acknowledgement were obtained. Simply paying for a bespoke service does not automatically waive your rights.

Digital downloads
For digital content supplied without a physical medium, any loss of the 14-day cancellation right requires your prior express consent to supply starting, your acknowledgement of that loss, and the required contract confirmation. We do not treat general acceptance of these terms as that separate consent.

Other cancellations
For business purchases or cancellations outside a statutory cancellation period, we will assess completed work and any unavoidable costs under the agreed brief and applicable law, and explain any refund or balance due. Deposits are not automatically non-refundable. If we cannot deliver the agreed service, we will discuss a revised arrangement or refund the undelivered portion as appropriate.

Problems with your order
Tell us if work is faulty, not as described or has not been supplied with reasonable care and skill. We will investigate and provide the remedy required by law, which may include correction, repeat performance, a price reduction or a refund. Package revision limits do not restrict these rights. Sale items have the same statutory protection.

Refunds
Statutory cancellation refunds are made within 14 days of being informed, subject to any lawful deduction for requested services already supplied. We use the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise and do not charge a refund administration fee. Other refunds follow the applicable statutory deadline.
