Information you provide

When you contact us, we receive your name, email address, message and any project details you choose to share. When you order a service, the checkout may also request billing, contact and transaction information. Please send only information needed for your enquiry; do not include passwords or sensitive personal records in the contact form.

Why information is used

We use enquiry and project information to respond, prepare a quote, provide agreed services and manage our business relationship. The relevant basis is taking steps you request before a contract or performing that contract. We also use necessary records to meet legal obligations and protect the website and our business from misuse. Optional analytics, advertising technologies and marketing are subject to the choices and consent required for those activities. An enquiry is not, by itself, permission to add you to a marketing mailing list.

This website is hosted by Squarespace. Website hosting, forms, checkout and related service providers process information needed to operate those features.
